Opinion: Left's Disregard for Trump's Potential Return to Presidency Reflects a Dangerous Disconnection

People on the left are upset with CNN, their second favorite news source, for giving a platform to a man who may potentially win the presidency next year. It's astonishing that some individuals are disregarding what's happening on the other side. Because they don't believe that Donald Trump will succeed in the presidential election next year, the White House, for example, is modifying its press hard pass policy to remove journalist Simon Ateba. They have yet to realize that these rules will likely impact the very people advocating for them now.
